Question:
I went skating today, after a kinda long break, and my right ankle hurts any
time I do any tricks where I have to kick a bit. It's really annoying, and
I'm worried that it's way outta shape.
Does anyone have any ankle rehab exercises/whatever to help my escape my
pain? Hopefully, the exercises will work even for someone lazy and
forgetful, like me

I use Tiger Balm.. you can find it in health food stores and it comes in a
little red container that fits easily along with loose change in your pocket.
