Question:
My very close friend recently took me and my son through the never never land
of crack cocaine addiction......Scheeez.....holy shit! Anyway I bounced her
outta here for it and she went to her family who have put her in a "christian
women's rehab" for at least 8 months. Anybody know what they do in those
things? Are they like regular rehabs or are they a "brain wash/cult" type of
thing. Just curious.
I find it hard to believe she'll come outta there a changed person w/no jones;
and a whole "new outlook". 8 Months! What the hell do they have to do that
takes 8 months.....somebody splain to me this.

Unfortunately 8 months is just a start.... at one time I was confined
for 6 months and managed to stay clean for an additional 3 ...I have
come to the conclusion that my addiction will never leave so I have
been learning ( unsuccessfully) to live with it. Cocaine rehabilitation
has the highest failure rate primarily because it is a psychological
addiction and it is virtually impossible to remove its mental imprint
