Question:
there is a drug test at my clinic that i have never seen or heard of
before, even on here. they told me about it when i first started a few weeks
ago, but i haven't had one done yet. anyway, it's a cotton swab you stick in
your mouth between your gums on the side for 2 minutes. i'm not sure if the
results are immediate, or the swab has to be sent out to be tested. (you can't
dose at the first day at my clinic, i came in there sick as fuck expecting to
be dosed that day, and it turns out they send the urines 1 1/2 hours away to be
tested, and don't get the results till damn near 24 hours later!!!) anyway,
done rambling. anyone ever have this test done? is this as reliable as a urine
or blood? more? less? i just don't want some fly-by-night drug test done that
tests me pos for something and ruins any chance i have for a takehome (won't be
for a little over 2 months anyway.) but still. any input?
Answer:
I think this is an alcohol test..after the swab is completely
saturated with saliva it is then inserted into the base of what can
best be described as a thermometer which measures Blood /Alcohol
levels as opposed to temperature.
