the cheapest and most re-liable way to beat a drug test is to not have
the drugs in your system in the firs place!
luckily, i no longer have to worry about drug tests since my new job rocks!
but for future reference, i would be interested in new ways that may work
better than the ones i have used in the past
abstinance a few weeks before the test
large amounts of liquids
echineciea, golden seal, B-12, ephedrine
i usually used the above in combination with each other
bleach crystals under the nails, dip our finger in the sample before
returning it
and when i could get away with it, clean urine from a roomie
