If I don't work out regularly I start getting headaches. I also tend to get
a really good "rush" after hard workouts. Anyone else have a physical
addiction?
Answer:
Do you really think you have an exercise addiction. Exercise releases
endorphins, hence the rush.
If you are exercising to the extent that the exercise is interfering
with other activities in you life, then you might have a problem. Like
if people invite you out on Friday, and you just cannot bear to miss
even one night a week of exercise, so you go exercise instead of being
social.
I can understand getting headaches. Exercise helps me release a lot of
stress. If I don't exercise, the stress builds up leading to headaches,
irritability, body cramps, and so forth.
